Returns and Refunds
Maritta Garden Florist is dedicated to sourcing the finest products for our customers, and our reputation relies on it. However, dealing with organic products, there may be rare instances where the product falls short of expectations.
The items offered on our website are perishable, natural items, particularly flowers whose lifespan depends on the species. Availability is influenced by season and market factors, leading to potential variations between the depicted images on www.marittagardenflorist.com.au and the actual goods. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the possibility of differences between images and delivered products.
Generally, your flowers can be expected to last around 7 days with proper care. Follow these steps to maximize their lifespan:
- Cut stems at an angle upon receipt (preferably in or under running water).
- Use a clean vase filled with fresh water.
- Monitor water levels and change it entirely every two days.
- Keep flowers out of direct sunlight.
- Avoid drafts and air-conditioning.
If you believe your flowers haven’t lasted at least five days, inform us within this timeframe by calling (02) 7258 3427 – Sydney. Once we confirm proper care, we will gladly replace the flowers.
Please note that we may request a photo of the flowers and can only replace them if we can pick up the old flowers when delivering the replacements. For any concerns or questions about flower care, reach us at (02) 7258 3427 – Sydney.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% administration charge.
No refunds are offered for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Re-Delivery, Saturday Deliveries & Public Holidays
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their professional judgement regarding leaving flowers at the delivery address if no one is present. We hold no liability for the flowers after this point.
For unsuccessful deliveries requiring a second attempt, a redelivery fee will apply. If Maritta Garden Florist is responsible for the redelivery, the fee will be waived. We reserve the right to call the recipient if there are issues with the delivery.
For Saturday deliveries, you accept that flowers can be left without a signature. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise specified.
Coupons and Discounts
All Coupon and Discount Codes issued by Maritta Garden Florist are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use of coupon codes may result in charges equal to the deceitfully obtained discount. Obtain express written permission before using a coupon code not issued to you by Maritta Garden Florist.
